A financial executive based in Palm City, Florida, Tara D'Aquino has been the chief financial officer of VJD Construction since 2004. As manager of the financial department, Tara D'Aquino oversees the organization’s financial operations, including financial strategy, reporting, compliance, risk management, cash flow, and team leadership.

Before joining VJD Construction, Ms. D’Aquino worked in the hospitality industry for many years. She started working for Landry's Seafood Restaurants at the age of 17, and subsequently was shifted to different locations to support the openings of new restaurants. She worked at various Landry’s locations in Florida and the Crab House Seafood Restaurant in Chelsea Piers in New York City, before being transferred to the company’s headquarters in Houston.

In her current CFO role at VJD Construction, Ms. D’Aquino ensures the company’s financial strategies are aligned with long-term goals, oversees budgeting and forecasting, and oversees compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Furthermore, she provides leadership, mentorship, and training for the financial department team and offers recommendations for financial decision-making at every level of the organization.

Away from work, Tara D’Aquino enjoys air travel, nice restaurants and 5 star hotels. She also likes to attend concerts with her teenage daughter.
